The steering committee for the management of post-accidental situations has today published a new guide for people wishing to get involved in radioactivity measurement activities. This "practical guide to the measurement of radioactivity by citizens" contains a wealth of information on measuring equipments, sites for sharing measurement results, the best way to carry out measurements, etc. Organised into thematic sheets, and accompanied by appendices to explore certain subjects in greater depth, it is easily accessible. Unfortunately, this guide is only in french language.
